Registration provides access to all conference functions, educational sessions, commercial and educational exhibits, Best of the Best Social & Networking, the Thursday General Session, Expo Show Grand Opening Lunch Thursday and Expo Lunch Friday.

Registration Deadlines
Preregistration: Registration form, verification of membership and payment must be postmarked by January 19, 2007. Confirmations and tickets will be mailed by February 23, 2007.
Onsite Registration: After a postmark date of February 16, 2007, no registrations will be taken in the CPRS office; you must register onsite, increased fees apply.

Number 6 Goes Free!
Agencies sending five or more paid full delegates to the conference get a free registration for the sixth delegate. Members of the group can be professionals or commissioners/board members, but they must be affiliated with the same agency. To qualify for the group rate: 1) all registrations must be received in one package; and 2) a separate form must be completed for each delegate.

Agency Member Rate
A savings of $70 for individuals employed by an agency that holds an agency membership in either CPRS or NRPA but who are not individual members of either. The agency member rate is $449 for delegates registered by January 19, 2007; $479 for registrations afterwards; $509 after February 16, 2007 and on-site. Delegates should check with their agencies to verify agency membership.

Daily registration fees are available, please see the registration form for prices (click here to download or visit www.cprsmembers.org to register online). NRPA and other state association members must have their membership card when registering onsite.

Can’t Attend?
Registration may be transferred to another representative from your agency at no charge until January 19, 2007. Fee difference will be assessed if necessary due to membership status. A $25 administrative fee shall be charged when a request is received after January 19, 2007.

To Request a Refund
A refund request must be received in the CPRS office no later than January 31, 2007. A $25 fee will be assessed on all conference or institute registration refunds received by that date. Refund requests received between February 1 and February 28, 2007, will be assessed 50% of the registration fee paid. Your conference badge and tickets must be returned with your written refund request. No refunds will be granted after February 28, 2007.

Thursday, March 8 - 7:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Friday, March 9 - 7:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
Saturday, March 10 - 8:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
Preregistered delegates may pick up their conference program at the Sacramento Convention Center during registration hours or at the Hyatt Regency and Sheraton Grand hotels on Wednesday, March 7, 2007, 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Wear Your Badge
Your conference badge serves as your admission to the exhibit hall, Thursday general session and all Thursday-Saturday educational sessions. It may be required for other conference events. If you lose your badge, you can replace it in the Registration Area with appropriate identification and a $10 replacement fee. Please note: meal tickets cannot be replaced.
