Room Host Volunteer Registration!

Conference room host committee is seeking volunteers for 1\2 day assignments. Sign-up on a first come, first served basis. For every half day worked, you will receive complimentary attendance to your choice of educational sessions and the exhibit hall as scheduled. Volunteer shifts require that you serve as a room host and/or provide support services to the program committee.

We will be asking you if you want one, two or three half days in order to attend sessions the other half day. We have Wed/Thursday slots and Friday morning slots.

Example of Room Host Duties:

  • Greet speakers, prepare room for use, including audio-visual
  • Introduce speaker (that means using the microphone at the head table)
  • Collect evaluation & CEU forms, sign attendance tracking forms
  • Assist with the logistics of providing a pleasant & valuable experience for conference attendees by greeting attendees and speakers and provide directions to check-in areas
  • Provide information to conference attendees while at the convention center

Please note:  volunteer options are for educational sessions from the general conference only—no other options available (RE: exercise classes, greeters, RT Institute, etc.).  Please use these tentative options below with your request:

Wednesday, March 20:

7:45am - 12:00pm OR 1:15pm - 5:45pm

Thursday, March 21:

7:15am - 12:30pm OR 1:45pm - 5:45pm

Friday, March 22:

7:45am - 11:45pm

Thank you for your interest in this program. Please note that CPRS members will receive first choice in room host openings and that we will place non-CPRS members in February based on first come, first served receipt.  Volunteer participation is typically a half day worked on Wednesday or Thursday between 7:00am and 6:00pm or Friday morning, 7:30am - 11:45am.
