What role can you play in helping CPRS meet its vision?
The role I can play is that of a direction-finder based on my ability to strategic plan and understand the requirements success.  My person philosophy includes guiding others to meet their needs and I see that as being in alignment with the mission of CPRS.   I believe in the ability for community recreation agencies to be problem solving instruments and with my understanding of leadership and guidance in organizational development, I feel I would be an asset to the state board.
