Operations and Staff Training Adaptations During COVID-19
A panel of aquatics professionals will discuss facility operations, programming and staff training during COVID-19. The discussion will include things that have gone well and things they have learned from, as well as the decision making process they went through upon re-opening. Each panelist has been involved in operating a facility throughout the majority of the pandemic and are located in different regions of California.
