    I wanted to see if anyone would like to share their Instructor Contracts with COVID language? 

    Also, what fees are you charging for registration to your classes? Any information would be helpful and appreciated!

    Hi Jessica,

    Attached is the City of Chino Hills Agreement with COVID language and the Instructor waiver that all instructors, assistants, volunteers, etc must sign before conducting classes. Please let me know if you have any questions about our agreement process.
