Hello All!
Thank you to everyone who attended the September 1, 2026 AB 310 Presentation. At our peak, we had 33 participants and ended with 29, representing over 18 cities in our district, from my count. I'm really optimistic that we can pull together and help our agencies out as we learn more about how each of us is going to navigate this. Thank you to those who shared feedback, their knowledge, and even their resources!

You can also review the questions we received during the meeting, along with the responses I provided based on the information available and what I was comfortable addressing. I placed this as the last 2 slides of the presentation.
As a reminder, please consult with your own legal counsel, HR, and risk management teams, as AB 310 may impact each agency differently depending on its programs, staffing, contracts, and facilities.
