Designed for entry-level professionals, supervisors, and emerging leaders, this full-day experience brings Parks and Recreation professionals together to learn, connect, grow, and lead. The Leadership Academy will feature keynote speaker Adam Chow - CPRS State Board President Elect, Directors Panel Q & A, and engaging breakout sessions focused on Growth Mindset, Strategic Thinking, and Standards of Practice.
