  • D10 Student Scholarships

    The California Park & Recreation District 10 Scholarship Committee offers scholarships to assist noteworthy students in fulfilling their goal of entering the park and recreation profession. The Committee annually awards scholarships to undergraduate and graduate-level students majoring in recreation, parks, leisure studies, and closely related fields throughout District 10. Award amounts are generally between $250-$1000.

    Who is Eligible?

    Scholarships are available for students majoring in all aspects of recreation, parks, park operations, recreation therapy, commercial recreation, tourism, community recreation, aquatics, and recreation leadership.

    If you are not in a degree program of a related field, you must be working in a field mentioned above.

    The CPRS District 10 Training is on Thursday, January 26, 2023, from 8:00 am - 2:30 pm at the Columbus Tustin Recreation Center, located at 17522 Beneta Way, Tustin, CA 92780. 
    Registration is one per person and the cost is $20 for CPRS Members and $35 for Non-Members.

    Professional Awards &  Community Volunteer Awards

    District 10 agencies work hard to serve their communities. Make sure to recognize a coworker, volunteer, or program that has made contributions to District 10, the community, or the profession.

    Call for Sessions are due Friday, December 2, 2022. 

    Do you have an idea for a session topic? Submit your idea for training for consideration. The submission deadline is Friday, December 2nd, 2022.

  • D10 Fall Membership Meeting

    D10 Fall 2022 General Membership Meeting
    Register today for the CPRS D10 General Membership Meeting! The meeting takes place on Wednesday, October 12 at the Community Center at the Market Place in Tustin (2961 El Camino Real, Tustin 92782).
    The Vendor Expo opens at 1:00pm, the Membership Meeting begins at 2:00pm, and the social will take place at Rock and Brews in Tustin (1222 Irvine Blvd., Tustin 92780) after the meeting concludes. 

    Registration is one per person and is free. We look forward to seeing you there!
