Hello CPRS,
Does anyone have policies or user agreement/lease terms for use of a public facility/park by a faith-based organization (Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, churches or sports leagues)? For those who do, can you please share the policies, agreement or lease terms with me? Also looking to see if anyone has an "exclusive use" agreement with any groups (religious or not) for use of public park space (ballfields/rec centers etc.)?
Currently, we are being challenged on our longstanding relationship/use of space by the Boy Scouts and have a faith-based sports league operating out of a park on a long-term agreement. We are quickly seeing that the chips are about to fall and sincerely appreciate any information or policies others have in place to help navigate the significant changes we see coming.
