As a way to get us all moving, have a little fun, and virtually visit each of our 15 CPRS Districts, your CPRS Board and HQ Team is challenging YOU to get up and DASH this winter!

Anyone interested! Challenge your co-workers to Dash with you! Invite your family, friends, neighbors, kids, pets...
How to Dash
Register Here!
Once registered, you'll receive a link to join our team in the Challenge Runner app.
The distance for the entire Dash has been adjusted to be 225 miles - or approx. 15 miles per week for each week of our 15 week challenge.
Choose your Dash style
- Walk, Run or Roll
- Bike*
- Swim
- Prefer to SUP, paddle or wobble? No worries! Simply log your activity using the Walk, Run or Roll option!
*Biking will require 20 miles per week; your mileage will be automatically adjusted so that 20 miles ridden will equate to 15 miles in the Dash, to make all things equal among all Dash Styles.

Your $30 Dash Deal includes:
- Fun Dash Badges awarded along the route for every District visited AND completion of special challenges from our CPRS Sections
- A Dash Sash to display your badges
- Recognition and braggin' rights at CONNECTIONS Virtual in March
- Use of our online Challenge Runner app to track your mileage and challenge your friends
