Hello CPRS Professionals!
The CPRS Aquatics Section is looking for speakers for the 20th Annual California Aquatic Management School (CAMS) taking place from October 13 – 15, 2021 at the Granlibakken in Tahoe City! If you have a topic that you would like to present, we invite you to submit an education session for consideration. The education selection committee is seeking sessions suitable for professionals from entry level to management, from the following categories:
- Aquatics with Less / Reimagining Aquatics
- Innovations
- Internal/External Customer Care
- Lifeguard Training
- Motivation
- Multi City Department Collaborations
- Professional Development
- Programming Basics
- Recruitment
- Risk Management
- Staff Mentoring – building staffing leadership
We will be accepting all proposals online, please visit https://www.abstractscorecard.com/cfp/submit/login.asp?EventKey=JZDFBEWA to submit your proposal.
Here are a few helpful hints:
- Looking for diversity of our session offerings to be able to serve all levels of expertise in the Aquatic field, under "Session Topic" you'll be able to select the appropriate classifications of your session.
- The submission form is used for CPRS Conference & Expo sessions, as well as Region, District and Section event sessions. Please be sure to select "2021 CA Aquatic Management School (CAMS)" under the specified list of events.
- If you submitted a session online in 2020 and remember your password, you may log in using your credentials. However, if you do not have your credentials, you will need to create a new account.
- If you can't finish the whole proposal in one sitting, be sure to hit the blue "save submission" button under the task list. Once completed, be sure to click "save submission" one last time before clicking the "submit" blue button.
Submission deadline is August 20! Please expect to be notified of selection at the end of August by email. If there are any questions, please feel free to contact:
