Newark Rec is hoping to hear from other Cities on how you structure increases for Part Time Seasonal Employees. If you could take a minute and answer the following, we'd appreciate it!
Is it your City's standard to increase Part Time Salaries annually?
Do you increase based on anniversary date alone? Or, merit?
Is there a standard % or $ amount per increase (i.e. 3%, $.30 per year)?
Any feedback would be much appreciated!
