services are viewed in our communities and bad customer service can sink a good
program. In this session we’ll explore how to make your customer experience shine and
tricks/tools to get better feedback from your customers.

This class is useful for newer professionals as well as those recently promoted into a new
position. Expect to learn something new and different as well as have some fun.
