Hello, we are reaching out to see how others have streamlined the submission process for facility rental setup maps.
Our staff routinely setup tables and chairs for facility rentals, provided the renter submits a setup map in advance. Currently, this map is a PDF on our website or a printout in our office, which the renter can draw their setup on and then submit in person or via email.
Does your agency handle this differently? Do you provide renters with examples of typical setups, use a fillable form, or leverage any software/apps for this purpose?
