Good morning,

The City of Sunnyvale Dept. of Library and Recreation is planning its second 4th of July drone show. We had a crowd of 8-9,000 people and the music played was not heard by the large crowd. We are looking to hire a qualified professional company experienced in sound, stage and lighting services. 

This is not my area of expertise so I am looking for specs of what I should be asking for in our RFP as well as any companies that you can recommend.
