Community Garden Coordinators and Managers in Santa Clara County are invited to a first-of-its-kind gathering hosted by the City of Santa Clara! The event will take place on Tuesday, January 14, from 9am - 1pm at the Community Garden at Copper Place (Large Community Building, 2985 Feliz Road, Santa Clara).
This gathering will connect community gardens across the South Bay and the non-profits, cities, and private companies that manage them. Topics covered will include: volunteer management, land maintenance, advocacy, and hosting educational classes. Conclude the event with a tour of a brand new community garden, just a short walk away.
