California Park and Recreation Society (CPRS) District 4 Annual Awards and Volunteer Recognition Dinner

Join us on Thursday, May 8, 2025, at the Mountain View Community Center for a special evening honoring outstanding individuals for their professional and volunteer contributions to parks, recreation, and human services.

Please share this event with colleagues who may not be CPRS members and coordinate applications within your agency, as some categories are limited. Director/department head approval is required before submission.

Award Application Requirements:

• A description (100 words max) explaining why the nominee deserves the award
• One to three photos (emailed to d4cprs@gmail.com)

Award Application Fee: $40 per submission (reviewed by a committee chaired by District 4 board members)
Dinner Reservation: $48 per person

Important Deadlines:

• Award Applications Due: Friday, March 14, 2025
• Dinner Reservations Due: Friday, April 25, 2025
