The Caregivers Count! Conference offers a comprehensive educational series designed to support family caregivers of aging loved ones. The 2024 conference will feature three virtual sessions from 10am - 12pm on September 14, 21, and 28 and one in-person session on October 5 at the Campbell Community Center, room Q80. Topics are Creating a Safe Home for Your Loved One, End of Life Support, Navigating Trauma, and Self-Care & Resiliency. All sessions are free by pre-registering at www.caregiverscount.net.
