I am reaching out to get any information about how you manage recreation rentals. I am referring to groups or individuals wanting to reserve tennis courts or basketball courts, or a co-ed softball league wanting to reserve a field, etc.
What software do you use? How does the public know about this software and how do they access it? Is there a fee involved? Do you charge by league/team/individual? Or do you use the "first come, first served" policy? How to you manage tournament requests?
