  • Register for the Certified Youth Sports Administrator Prep Session at the 2024 CPRS Conference!

    Start the process to earn this industry
    recognized certification and network with
    other youth sports professionals from around
    the state. After the in-person Academy Prep
    Session offered as a CPRS Pre-Conference
    Institute, participants will have 60 days to
    complete the Academy for Youth Sports
    Administrators via NAYS.ORG.
    Certification provides a foundation of
    knowledge, tools, resources, and professional
    development. Topics include youth sports
    philosophy, policies, procedures, volunteer
    management, conflict resolution, abuse and
    bullying prevention, parent education, risk
    management, emergency preparedness,
    inclusion of children with disabilities,
    leadership and much more.

  • Rec Connect 1/18 with Tara Gee

    The Recreation Section has gone presidential! Please join us as we finish off our CPRS Past-President Series with Tara Gee!  Each month the Rec Connect has featured a different Past-President from the CPRS Hall of Fame. 

    On Thursday, January 18, Tara Gee will be covering the topic of Leadership Through Adversity. Adversity is a normal part of life. Sometimes it comes when you least expect thus creating additional stress and angst. How do you respond to adversity? Who do you look to during these times? In this session, Tara Gee, Past CPRS President will talk about her time as President during the pandemic and will share tips and tricks to be positive and stay inspired.

    Please invite your colleges and key staff to hop on and learn! Membership to the Rec Section is not required for Rec Connects.

    We need ALL candidates, whether for the CPRS State Board, a District, or a Section Board, to submit their interest via one ONLINE SUBMISSION form by Thursday, November 30th, 2023!
