Hi Tiffany,
We have also received these emails from Hammish at All Track. I worked with our City attorney's office to have this request reviewed and their recommendation was that we protect ourselves and pay for their licensing. To sum things up, our attorney's office recognized that All Track is a new PRO company but that they appear to be attracting big, recognizable, and popular talent. Artist have the ability to change PRO's and knowing that All Track is attracting big talent, it was recommended we pay the yearly licensing fee to avoid potential liability of copyright infringement. Fines can range from $750 to $30,000 and willful violations can escalated it to $150,000.
If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to me at (909) 364-2705 or madams@chinohills.org.

We have been receiving emails from AllTrack notifying us of our unlicensed status with them. I was reaching out to see if any other agencies have had any interactions or experiences with AllTrack or have obtained music licensing through them.
Additionally, what music licensing do other agencies use? We currently have SESAC, ASCAP, BMI and Global Music Licensing.
