    The West Coast Coalition (CA, CO, OR, UT, WA) invites you to participate in a four-part virtual series about the Future of the Parks and Recreation Workforce.  For a flat rate of $45 you can attend all four webinars via zoom!  All 1-hour sessions will take place at 12 pm (Pacific) / 1 pm (Mountain) on Wednesdays: <u1:p></u1:p>

    Creating a Pathway<u1:p></u1:p>

    Tune in to this panel discussion to better understand the current state of the pathway to a career in parks and recreation, and how we can collectively amplify the opportunities and benefits of a career in this vital industry.  Some questions the panel will address include: 

    • <u1:p></u1:p>How are colleges and universities teaching and engaging with students on community recreation? 
    • <u1:p></u1:p>How do today's students feel about joining the park and recreation profession? 
    • <u1:p></u1:p>How are established professionals adjusting to welcome the emerging workforce? 
    • <u1:p></u1:p>How are parks and recreation agencies preparing seasonal and part time employees for a potential career in parks & recreation? 
    • <u1:p></u1:p>How are we collaborating with colleges and universities to prepare future students to become future parks & recreation professionals?<u1:p></u1:p>
