Hi CPRS!
I wanted to check in to see what agencies have policies when customers dispute a credit card charge with their bank.
- What steps do you take to rectify the issue?
- Do you dispute the charge with the bank and provide documentation?
- Do customers have to pay an additional fee in order to sign up for the next program?
- Are customers not allowed to attend other programs that they are signed up while this charge is disputed?
It seems these are becoming a trend for our recreation division, so I wanted to check in and see what you are all doing.
