The demand for the Financial Sustainability Certification Program ("FSCP") continues – haven't you heard the rave reviews?
"The 110% Financial Sustainability Certification Program provides a compelling framework for rethinking what Parks & Rec Departments should offer and why and where to best apply subsidy funds. Jamie efficiently leads participants through a clear methodology for how to apply these concepts to their unique communities. Her personable style and delivery make this otherwise daunting topic very manageable and attainable. Simply put, this is the best workshop for our profession, to ensure that we can all continue to deliver robust parks and recreation services long into the future."
– Brigitte Shearer, Parks & Recreation Director; City of Belmont
"Fantastic content and delivery. Most impactful professional development I've participated in, in a long, long time. Thank you!"
-- Andrea Willer, Recreation & Cultural Services Director; City of Marina

Following, you can look forward to FSCP visiting Huntington Beach in late-August before we introduce CPRS to FSCP Part 2!
Who should attend? If you set prices for programs or have any influence on budgeting or cost-recovery, this is the training for you. A variety of levels of staff would benefit from the experience and are welcome to participate, and there is immense value in having multiple members of your team attend together.
This program is the most important thing we could offer the current and next generation of leaders and thinkers in the Parks and Rec industry. Even if you already have a sustainability mindset, Jamie has tools, definitions, and modeling examples that will translate to your elected officials and community stakeholders. We have taken our entire management team through the program and have asked to host to be able to take our programming and supervisory staff through it as well. This program can change the trajectory of your organization and your staff member's career.
-- Nathan Ullyot, Director of Parks & Recreation; City of Reno
