Good Morning CPRS! My name is Jeri Cooper and I am the Parks Manager for the County of Ventura. We own 3 Regional Golf Courses, and we are looking for samples from other Cities or Counties for Scope of Work for Golf Course Management used to solicit a new contractor. Our prior RFPs are very outdated, and we are looking for ideas on additional terms and maintenance requirements that our colleagues have found useful when contracting with Golf Course Operators.
