    Hello Folks!

I am starting an overhaul/implementation of building key inventory and maintenance. We at the Mill Valley Community Center are going to do a physical key check for all full-time employees and fix our key box checkout system. I am asking if anyone already has a written "staff key policy" for their full-time employees, so I don't have to reinvent the wheel, so to speak.

Also, if you have been through a process like this before, does anyone have any tips, tricks, or things to avoid? I'm attaching the document that I currently made that will have which positions need what type of keys, and then a printout sheet that we will keep and add to going forward.

Thank you for your help in this and I really appreciate it.
