Time management and organizing work are the cornerstones of success. Learn how to stay on top when you feel like you're drowning. In this course, you'll learn tools, tricks and proven ways to organize and manage your work instead of "drinking from the firehose". How to prioritize, when to delegate and how to make clear decisions to keep your desk as organized as possible. This class is useful for newer professionals as well as those recently promoted into a new position. Expect to learn something new and different as well as have some fun.
