    Hi all, 

    I'm drafting a RFP for a concessionaire at our sports complex.  I'm stumped on what others are doing for payment from the awarded concessionaire (i.e. a set monthly rate - $500; or a % - 8 to 20%?). Any info would be appreciated!

    Hi – We based it as a % of gross revenue and are usually setting a minimum % amount in the RFP and then let proposers state how much they would pay. The finance proposal is part of our selection criteria.
