$230 per player before December 8, 2023
$265 per player after December 8, 2023

Includes: Green fees, cart, range balls, swag, breakfast, and lunch

Registration is limited to 100 golfers and closes on January 30, 2024

Tournament proceeds will benefit the California Foundation for Parks & Recreation through the services, programs, and scholarships to support California communities.

Registration is open for two people or a foursome. Foursomes must select a team name during the registration process. Twosomes will be grouped to make up a foursome and assigned a team. If you are a single and interested in playing, please email Tom Hellmann with your interest.


Golf clubs are available for rent by calling Tahquitz Creek Golf Resort at (760) 328-1005 and are the golfers’ responsibility to secure.

On behalf of the California Foundation for Parks & Recreation (CFPR), I would like to invite you to participate in the 2024 CFPR ‘Foundation Cup’ Golf Tournament at the beautiful Tahquitz Creek Golf Resort in Palm Springs. This year’s tournament will take place on Tuesday, February 27, 2024 and registration is limited.


CFPR is a nonprofit 501c3 public benefit corporation that fosters excellence and innovation in community recreation services and programs. It was created to educate the public and the profession about the beneficial effects of recreation. We fund research relating to the advancement of parks and recreation; to support and encourage education in parks, recreation, and related fields; and to support special projects relating to parks, recreation, and related community services with the intent of promoting healthy communities. 



On behalf of the CFPR Board of Trustees, we greatly appreciate your interest in participating in the CFPR Foundation Cup Golf Tournament that will raise funds for the foundation to provide services, programs, scholarships, and continued support to our communities in California.
