Session Description:

Bring your aquatics program to the next level with this all inclusive training! From creative/new customer service ideas to revenue enhancing programs to learning about and touring a local aquatic landmark, this training has it all. Leave motivated, enlightened and ready to make your aquatics program the best it can be!

This intensive allows trainers and their peers to collaborate to create a product or service they may not have thought of and the format allows for an increase in understanding of diverse perspectives. Classroom time and an educational tour are included.

Session Learning Outcomes:

  • Explain how to ignite the passion for customer service within your staff
  • Discuss new, creative ideas specific to raising program revenue 
  • Summarize significant concepts related to the historic Belmont Plaza Olympic Pool, Past, Present and Future
  • Discuss with attendees and suggest new ideas that might someday turn up the intensity of aquatic services for most facilities
