Who Should Attend?
Aquatic employees (full time, part time and seasonal), managers, supervisors, landscape architects, park and planning staff.
This aquatics intensive will challenge you to think about programming your facilities without limits. Develop programs that maximize your facility space, staff, and resources without limiting yourself to water based activities only!
- Discuss and share best practices in program development with the outcome as your starting point
- Establish, promote, and discuss your partnerships
- Examine how to connect with your staff despite infinite distractions
- Identify how to create a staff that is focused on “The Moment” while understanding future impact
