Celebrating our Next 30 Years With Five Years of Curriculum!

"CPRS Maintenance Management School is the most directly useful professional growth training I have experienced in my career to date!  The comprehensive curriculum and real-world context of project materials are immediately applicable to my agency and support my professional development goals.  The pace is quick, the networking opportunities limitless, the facility is breathtaking, the challenges rewarding, and the food – amazing!"  ~Steve Cismowski, Parks Services Manager, San Francisco Recreation & Park Dept.

Don't Be Surprised:  our popular GRAD Forum  sold out in July and a waiting list started was started end of September for Year One and Year Two!

The primary goal of the Maintenance Management School (MMS) is to teach students a systematic approach for determining the resources needed to maintain a public facility. We provide a quality program that also teaches leadership and advancement skills for professionals through this unmatched experience.  Hosted at the UCLA Conference Center just outside Los Angeles, this 5 year curriculum will provide you with the skills you need to be a standout professional and department.
