Any agencies had any experience regarding partnering with local schools to provide an after school sports program to under privileged kids?
Do you set it up in weeks / sessions ie 6-8 weeks per sport? Cost (as need to keep it very low or will lose the kids - is free program now)
How do you staff it?
Also - we have an after school day care site at each school, this has taken kids and $$ away from the program. Any had that experience?
Looking to try and assist a local school with this program - lots of possible hurdles.
