Hi Jessica, at our Lesher Center for the Arts (also with "-re" theatres) we adopted all-inclusive pricing in July 2024, meaning you only pay the displayed ticket price. There are no additional fees, no matter how you purchase, and this will remain true as we move into our new ticket-selling platform (we are moving to Spektrix from Showare).
We used to charge a $3-6 fee/ticket convenience fee for maintenance and operations (the amount depended on ticket price), which was charged for phone and online orders (not in-person).
This inclusive pricing model complies with SB 478 (Honest Pricing Law) and our patrons are content with the lack of fees, even though it means the ticket prices might be a little higher. I'm attaching a Ticketing Fee Structure for you to review... let me know if you have questions!

Subject: Additional Ticket Fees
Good Morning! Question for any organizations that have a municipal run theatre (ours is spelled with an re on the end). Does anyone add on an additional fee for tickets, and if so, what is the fee used for?
Danville is currently playing around with the idea of adding a $1 to each ticket sold through our site and Box Office for maintenance and improvements to our aging theatre. We got the idea from City of San Ramon (Thanks Adam!)
Looking to see if anyone else does something like this! Any insight would be much appreciated!
