I hope you're all doing well!
I'm reaching out to see if any of you have policies or penalties in place for contractors or instructors who fail to attend scheduled programs or services. This hasn't been a significant issue for us in the past. Still, over the last few months, we've experienced a few instances of no-shows that've required staff to scramble and step in during after-school programs, disrupting our operations and consuming unnecessary time.
I'm exploring options to revise our current agreements and would love to see how others address this in their contracts or policies. Any sample language, approaches, or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
