  • 1.  General Liability Waiver - Universal vs. Program/Division Specific

    Hello,

    Reaching out with a quick question related to general liability waivers. The City of Novato was recently advised to consider tailoring general liability waivers based on the specific activity type – suggesting, for example, separate waivers for youth vs. adults, or for athletic classes vs. day camps. We currently have one universal general liability waiver. Have you received similar guidance? Does anyone have program or even division specific waivers?
