This session is to take a look at how we go about training and how our staff learns from generation to generation. We dive into new ways to connect technology with real life experience. How does you part-time staff learn best and how do we connect them to those staff who are back a  generation or two? In this session we compared modern marketing skills, training techniques, and effective communication between different generational gaps. We also started to explore the newest generation "gen Alpha" which are our campers!  Discussing how can we changes our programs to keep them fun and inviting for this newest generation and how compete or use to our benefit technology.
