Also, have you ever thought about getting involved in The Aging Section? Being a part of a committee is a great opportunity for networking and professional development as well as a great stepping stone towards a Board position. Serving on a committee is a way for you, as a paying member, to have ownership and input on various programs and trainings that are offered to the membership.
The Aging Section is looking for members who are interested in chairing a committee for the upcoming 2016-2017 year. See attached Aging Section Committee Opportunities. The time commitments for these positions vary with some requiring a few hours each month while others requiring only a few hours for the year. Please submit your interest form by Friday, May 20.
