  • Calling for Educational Sessions for the Next Recreation Therapy Institute - March 2017 in Sacramen

    Yes we are getting started now!  Interested in teaching your peers March 3 in Sacramento?

    A little bit about our educational session process:  all sessions proposed for selection are peer-reviewed and once that occurs the session would be ready for continuing education units for attendees.

    • CPRS uses an online submittal process and the Round One deadline is July 1st. Approximately 75% of the sessions are selected at this time with the remaining sessions selected by late Fall.  Tip:  you want to be selected during Round One becasue we won't have very many slots to fill in the late fall.
    • Included is the paper copy of the online submittal components. It is recommended that you type into the paper copy and then transfer the information to the online form.  It is very frustrating to have entered information and then hit the “webpage close” button before it is saved.

    Our online process is at the link below.  The CPRS office might need to help you set up an account if it is your first time entering our website.  Once that is done you will use this link to submit:  http://www.cprs.org/p/cm/ld/&fid=361
