March 8, 2016 is quickly approaching and that means that the CPRS Parks Make Life Better – Park and Facility Tour, hosted by the California Parks and Recreation Society (CPRS) and the Long Beach Department of Parks, Recreation and Marine, is only five weeks away.
Since the event is around the corner, seats for the bus will quickly start selling out. Don’t miss out on all the fun and the opportunity to tour some of the region’s best parks and recreational facilities. The tour is designed to help highlight and showcase exciting, innovative and new parks and facilities that truly exemplify the “level up” theme of this tour. The CPRS Park and Facility Tour will start at 7:30am and wrap up at 5:30pm.
The tour can only accommodate up to 50 participants, so get your seat early! You can reserve your place by registering at the CPRS website at http://www.cprs.org/page/parks-make-life-better-tour.
Looking forward to seeing you all there! If you have any questions or concerns in the meantime, please feel free to contact: Adan de Lira, City of Long Beach, Department of Parks, Recreation and Marine at 562.570.3211
Get involved with CPRS to connect, grow, and make an impact in the parks and recreation profession.
