CPRS Aquatics Section is proud to offer the Professional Development Scholarship to provide recreation professionals and students the opportunity to participate in trainings related to the aquatic field and the development of aquatic professionals. This scholarship may be used to pay the registration fees, lodging and travel expenses (excluding meals) for training opportunities that are offered for professional development of the aquatic professional. Professional Scholarship Criteria:

• Applicants must be a CPRS Aquatics Section member.
• Applicants must demonstrate a dedication to the aquatic profession through current and past professional affiliations and involvement.
• Applicants must demonstrate a sincere desire to contribute to CPRS and the Aquatics Section.
• Scholarship recipients may be asked to assist the Aquatics Section at any event.

To apply, please submit the following:

• A copy of your resume
• Scholarship application
• Information on program/training for which you are requesting funding (please include a registration form or flyer for the training if possible)

Applications must be submitted/received by December 31, 2019.  Emails are preferred. The selected recipient(s) will be notified by phone or e-mail.
