    Hi Rec Section!

    We had minor technical difficulties this morning with the Zoom chat, but we are live right now.

    Below is a reminder of how to join the meeting.

     


    Join us online at https://zoom.us/j/689369475 (meeting ID:689369475) from 12-1pm!

     

    Zoom etiquette:

    1. Make sure you are on mute!
    2. Click on the participant icon, select your name and update it with your full name and agency.
    3. Participate in the conversation by using the chat (typing in) box. Board members are monitoring the comments for questions and may ask you to speak on a topic.
    4. Using video? Ensure that you have a clean, work-appropriate background.
    5. Asked to speak with video on by a board member? Look into the camera when talking instead of looking at yourself.
    6. The zoom meeting will be recorded. Sound, video, and chat box will be saved and published.
