    Climbing the Leadership Mountain

    The Recreation Supervisor Section, in collaboration with Administrators Sections, are proud to bring current Parks and Recreation supervisors and coordinators the opportunity to learn what it takes to climb to the management level. Joining us in a discussion panel, will be Tustin Deputy Director Chad Clanton, Stanton Director Julie Roman, and former CPRS President and retired Director Pilar Alcivar McCoy. These professionals will discuss how they reached success in the profession, what they look for in a manager, and the next steps you can take.
