Session Description:
The aquatics intensive will share new and innovative ideas when it comes to best practices in working with user groups and swim teams, training and staff communication, inventive ways of scanning, and new ideas in team building!
Session Learning Outcomes:
- Explain management tips related to swim team relationships and how we can work together to inspire growth to foster healthy swimming environments at our facilities
