... to submit your Board Self Nomination Form (attached) for the 2018-2018 D9 Board!

This year, due to the upcoming bylaw changes, we are electing four positions with the following terms:

• President Elect will serve a 2 year commitment, this year as President Elect and next year as President.
• Vice President will serve a 3 year commitment, this year as the Vice President, next year as the President Elect and the following year as President.
• Treasurer will serve a 2 year commitment and is responsible for the annual financial statement that is sent to CPRS, monthly financial reports to the board, reconciling bank statements and managing expenditures per Board policy.
• Secretary will serve a 1 year commitment and is responsible for official meeting minutes, maintaining minute files and board rosters as well as communicating information from the district and state to the D9 membership via email and social media.

After the Board has been selected, Section Representatives will be appointed by the Board.

If you are interested in serving on the board in 2018-2019, please complete the attached D9 Board Self Nomination Form. All nomination forms are due by Wednesday, November 8, 2017 by 5 PM.
