Have you ever thought you were the perfect candidate for a job, but instead received a rejection and didn’t understand what went wrong? The California Park and Recreation Society has organized a FREE speed networking and Interview Mentoring event to help you succeed the next time you interview for your dream job. The event is on May 2 (Tuesday) from 9:00 to 11:00 am and registration starts at 8:30 am. Work on your interview skills, pump up your resume and receive career advice from professionals in our field!
As a part-time or full-time Park and Recreation employee, you are invited to sit with Directors, Managers and Supervisors from different agencies to learn interview tips for your next interview. The workshop includes three speakers who will provide a variety of interview preparation tips, and you will have the opportunity to meet 3 mentors during the event. You must pre-register, and you must bring a copy of your resume.
