Hello Everyone,

District 1 is currently seeking nominations for Professional and Community Service Award’s to be recognized at the upcoming Awards and Installation Banquet, February 11, 2017 at 6:00pm. This years banquet will be hosted in Santa Rosa at the Person Senior Wing located at 2060 West College Ave, Santa Rosa.

Community Service Award If you know anyone you feel deserving in your community of the Community Service Award, please fill out the application by following this link and submit it to us today! District 1

Professional Service Award If you know someone from CPRS District 1 who has been putting in the extra work and service for their community as part of their daily duties please follow this link for directions on nominating a fellow peer.

Please note: All nominations need to be submitted to Aaron Jewett prior to January 22, 2017. Award recipients will be asked to join us on the evening of February 11 for recognition and a fully catered meal on behalf of District 1.
