CPRS District 1 is proud to offer two Professional Development and two Student Scholarships in recognition of former City of Mill Valley Recreation Manager, Stuart Kessler.
Each award recipient of the Professional Development Scholarship will receive a free CPRS State Conference registration and two night hotel stay in Sacramento for Wednesday, March 1 - Friday March 3, 2017. Student Scholarship winners will each receive $1,000 to be used towards college fees, tuition, books or trainings of their choosing. Please see the attached scholarship flyer for information regarding eligibility and the selection process.
The deadline to submit an application is Friday, December 16, 2016 by 5:00pm. All applications submitted before the deadline will be reviewed by the CPRS District 1 Executive Board. All applicants will be notified of their application status via email in mid-January. Selected recipients will be recognized at the District 1 Awards and Installation Banquet on Saturday, February 11, 2017 in the City of Santa Rosa.
