In honor of National Boss' Day, CPRS District 11 is happy to announce the inaugural Leadership Luncheon! With an awesome keynote speaker, a well experienced and diverse leadership panel, and a hearty lunch being served, this unique event is the perfect way to celebrate all those in leadership roles within your agency!
We are honored to welcome legendary UCLA Softball player and coach, Sue Enquist to District 11. Ms. Enquist has an outstanding record of leading teams of excellence. She is the first individual in NCAA history to win a championship as a player and a head coach. As a result of her stellar career on the field, Ms. Enquist has been inducted into six different Halls of Fame, as well as received multiple National Coach of the Year and and PAC10 Coach of the Year awards. Additionally, Sue's coaching skills produced 65 All-Americans and 15 Olympians. With a resume like this, we are positive that her message will be inspiring for all participants at this luncheon!
After lunch is served, we will invite our leadership panelists to the stage to discuss various topics and their career experiences. Each of our panelist provide unique perspectives to public administration and will provide great insight for all participants and their futures in the industry. We are honored to have City Managers Kondradt "Rad" Bartlam (Chino Hills) and William "Bill" Smith (Colton), as well as Director of Parks & Community Affairs Richard "Ric" Welch (Jurupa Community Services District) for this panel discussion.
The luncheon will be held on Wednesday, October 18th from 11:00 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. at the Chino Hills Community Center. Fees for the event are $25 for CPRS Members and $30 for Non-Members. We are happy to host directors free of charge for any agencies that register one or more participants.
We look forward to seeing participants from all District 11 agencies at this first-of-its-kind event!
