    Mark your calendars…one month from now is the 2018 Winter Recreation Leader Training Consortium! This half-day workshop will feature a special presentation by the La Habra Police Department titled, "Preparing for the Unknown: How to Run A Safe Program & Events and Be Ready to Handle the Unexpected." Other sessions include
